Report of the Conference

On Thursday October 10th, 2014 the first Conference for “Muballeghs who Know Different Languages in Karbala Arbaeen Program” started in the Conference Hall of the Great Prophet (PBUH) Cultural Center.

After the recitation of the Holy Quran and showing two clips related to the event of Arbaeen, Mr. Musavi, the head of the conference presented a report.  A brief summary of the report is as follows:

1- When discussing the foundation of this movement, these points were mentioned:

A) This movement was initiated by Ale-Yasin Hey’at while invited by the University Students’ Basij Organization, which is one of the top 70 religious groups in the country.

B) 9 female moballeghs who were fluent in English, French and Arabic were sent for tabligh(propagation).

C) During the 10 day stay in the Arbaeen Najaf-Karbala walking path, they communicated with more than six thousand Shias from 32 nationalities.

D) Due to the lack of sufficient budget from cultural organizations, all of the moballeghs came on their own expense.

2- After last year’s Arbaeen program, those in charge of Ale-Yasin Hey’at decided to establish the “Karbala Cultural Center” for introducing the culture of Ashura to the world.

3- During the past year, along with designing the plan for the project, connections were made with active organizations in this regard.

4- The goal of this movement is communicating with the non-Iranian Shias and making a human network of Shias around the world.

5- During the past 10 months (since last year’s Arbaeen), the group has been in contact with last year’s addressees through text message and email.  About once every ten days, a message related to Ashura or Mahdaviyyat( to prepare for Imam Mahdi’s Arrival A.S.) has been sent to them.

6- www.Imammouod.com is the website of the International Network of Montazeran Mouod(Imam Mahdi A.S.).

7- The main strategy of this program is using Ashura culture as a motivation for moving towards the Mahdavi goals and ideals.

8- Until now, about 118 addressees who are fluent in foreign languages have announced their will to cooperate with “Karbala Cultural Center” this year.

9- The policy-making council of “Karbala Cultural Center” is made up of the following members:

-Hojjatul-Islam Rejali (member of Tehran University scientific board) as the religious expert

-Dr. Manouchehr Mohammadi (member of Tehran Univeristy scientific board and former deputy foreign minister)

-Hojjatol-Islam Mahdavi (active in international cultural organizations) as the cultural expert

-Mr. M. R. as the security expert

Shias members in the International Network of Montazeran Mouod (AJ) are from the following countries:

Algeria, Oman, Qatar, Syria, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, Malaysia, Brazil, Canada, England, Kenya, Australia, Africa, Tanzania, Indonesia, Turkey, America, France.

These are the programs for the next Arbaeen:

 -Educating the moballeghs in two fields:
 a) Acquaintance with the historical position of the Islamic Revolution (the
 great turn of history)
 
 b) Learning communication and network-making techniques
