In The Name of Allah The All Compassionate, The All Merciful

I have now been afflicted with something the gravity of which has distressed me
I have now been inflicted with a pain the endurance of which has weighed me down
You have brought this upon me through your power,
You have directed this towards me through your dominance

Some points:
Disaster and hardship weights.

Disaster and hardship weighs human down

Sending down disaster and hardship is like attacking.

It is an attack, the bearing of which is hard for human

It is an attack that Allah sends down to show his power to humans.

It is an attack that Allah  wants people to pay attention to something.

In conclusion we should pay attention to the reason of the disaster it means we should find the knot and open it from where it is made.

The solution:

Imam Ali(as) says: Run from Allah to Allah  
As human understands in disasters that he has nobody but Allah and nobody can save him but Allah

Like a child that is punished by his mother in an empty room. The child will turn back to his mother.

Oh Allah, hasten the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (as). May your mercy be upon us, you are all merciful
